SUMMARY: The National Aeronautics and Space Administration, as part of its ongoing efforts to reduce red tape and respondent burden, invites the general public and other federal agencies to take this opportunity to comment on the information collections offered and / or continues.

The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) is committed to effectively performing the Agency’s communications function in accordance with Section 203 (a) (3) of the Space Act for “To ensure the widest possible and appropriate dissemination of information regarding its activities and results there,” and to improve public understanding and participation in the nation’s space program in accordance with NASA’s strategic plan.
The 1958 Space Law ordered the Agency to expand human knowledge of terrestrial and spatial phenomena. The virtual guest program exists to capitalize on the excitement of launches and milestones to widely disseminate information on terrestrial and space phenomena through information sharing on launch research, mission objectives , audience engagement activities (coloring pages, social media filters) and more.
The program provides enrollment opportunities for individuals and surveillance parties so that NASA can provide them with specific information they wish to receive and share a detailed installment of NASA’s efforts in the implementation of other parts of the program. the Space Act of 1958. By learning from the information submitted of the plans of the Watch Party organizers, NASA can at best provide the appropriate resources and share information about its activities and results.
