Schedule your Well Child Check for February 28 through March 4 and enjoy fun Dr. Seuss treats.
As part of the Kansas Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics, the Physicians’ Clinic at Russell Regional Hospital encourages Well Child Checks to help child patients stay on track while benefiting from the valuable skills that reading and reading develop in children.
Literacy is an important part of helping children grow up mentally and physically healthy.
Children from six months to five years old have the opportunity to come for their health check and receive coloring pages, stickers, bookmarks and crayons. The first 10 kids who have an appointment and come in for their wellness checkup will receive a free Dr. Seuss book.
Physician Clinic Director Jess Deines said, “We are thrilled to partner with the Kansas Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics to support the health and well-being of our children as their brains develop. developed. Dr. Seuss’ 118th birthday is March 2. Known for his many quotes, here is one: “If things start to happen, don’t worry, don’t simmer, go for it and you’ll start to happen too.”
