Fitness Friday at Wheatfield: Stay healthy this winter by joining us at 10 a.m. on February 25 at the Wheatfield Library for a 45-60 minute chair workout. Color your stress at Rensselaer: Every fourth Monday of the month, from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. starting February 28, come and go as you please at the Rensselaer Library for our UFO Crafts group! Bring your unfinished crafts (cross stitch, crochet, knitting, paper crafts, etc.) and have a fun conversation while making your projects; or color in your stress with the included coloring pages and supplies. Silent auction at DeMotte: The Friends of the DeMotte Library will be holding a silent auction at the DeMotte Library. Bids can be placed March 1-31 during library hours. Auctions will end on March 31 at closing time. The winners will be called on April 1. Auction items include magazines commemorating Pearl Harbor, a fine collection of birds, calligraphy books and supplies, WWII DVDs from The History Channel, The 2022 Old Farmer’s Almanac, a Harley Book Davidson in color, 14 hardcover Barbie books, “Crabtree and Evelyn Cookbook; a Book of Light Meals and Small Parties,” four vintage issues of Jack and Jill, and a photobook of Civil War history. Lapsit story time in Wheatfield: This program will be offered from 10 a.m. to 10:40 a.m. on March 1, March 8, March 15, March 22 and March 29 at the Wheatfield Public Library for children 0-23 months.
