As a child, coloring can be a great way to pass the time and a way to have a creative outlet. As an adult, we could always turn to coloring books as a way to relieve stress. Or at least distract us from reality even if it’s only for 15 minutes.

If you are looking for coloring books online, whether for a child or an adult, you will find plenty of options. This includes Michigan coloring books. In fact, locally, at least in Vicksburg, a man named Sam Morrison recently posted about his own coloring book he created with Michigan fish.

This led me to research other Michigan-themed coloring books. Here are at least 6 of them:

1. Michigan Fish

As mentioned above, this one is from Sam Morrison who lives in Vicksburg. It features the most common fish found in Michigan, such as pike, bass, catfish, trout, and more.

2. For U of M fans

Color Me Michigan: A University of Michigan Coloring Book is, as you might guess, all about U of M. Whether you attended, are going to attend, or just want your child to attend as well, this coloring book is perfect for any University of Michigan fan. It’s 104 pages, so you should be entertained for quite a while.

3. Michigan Coloring Book

According to the description, this coloring book is intended for an adult coloring book. But, the suggested age range is 12-18, so I’m sure it would be suitable for teenagers as well. Inside, you’ll find Michigan’s scenic spots and more.

4. Michigan Wildlife: A Coloring Field Guide

This one is unique because it acts as both a coloring book and an educational tool. Animal ranges, habitats, life cycles, fun facts, and more are all presented in this book with scenic pictures you can color in.

5. All About Detroit

Focused on the city of Detroit, this book features photos by author, Colin Michael McConnell, transformed into colorable images. You will notice some important landmarks of the city and much more.

6. Michigan: A Coloring Book for Adults

This coloring book includes two copies of each image giving you the option to “spoil”. You’ll find notable landmarks from all over the state as well as abstract designs. Although it says it’s for adults, kids would probably love it too.

There is another coloring book you may have seen, but this one is only about Kalamazoo. Check it out:
