PARTICIPATE IN A Milwaukee tradition on Historic Brady Street that’s been around since the 1970s. Drop by Brady Street tomorrow (July 30) for a day full of fun, food, handmade crafts, a drag show and more Again. With over 100 vendors participating, there’s something for everyone at the Brady Street Festival.

1. DOGA (Dog Yoga)

11:30 a.m. | NORTH SHORE BANK EAST STAGE

You and your dog can wow Brady Street with your yoga knowledge. MKE Social Yoga and Without leash MKE team up to help you and your pets relax in a new way: people and puppies doing yoga together – what could be more fun?

2. Casablanca belly dancers

9 p.m. | MILWAUKEE RECORD WEST STAGE

Brady Street’s Belly Dancers casablanca will help start the evening off right with lots of energy, style and bejeweled outfits.

3. The trunk of my Sistuh

ALL DAY | BRADY & N. ARLINGTON pl.

The dynamic sister/craftsman duo at My Sistuh’s Trunk offer a fabulous selection of handmade jewelry and other crafts. Stop by to find a new way to spice up your wardrobe.

4. Good Lucky Dough

ALL DAY | BRADY & N. HUMBOLDT AVE.

The only thing better than a regular sized donut is a pile of deliciously topped mini donuts. Try classics like cinnamon sugar or powdered sugar – or go wild and get a combo. If you’re feeling less traditional, check out the s’mores or Nutella donuts.

5. Adventure climbing wall

Love Milwaukee but hate the lack of big rocks to climb? Well, Adventure Rock brings the mountain to you with its outdoor climbing wall. Stop and experience Brady Street from new heights.

6. Evan Christian

1:30 p.m. | MILWAUKEE RECORD WEST STAGE

This award-winning guitarist and Milwaukee native brings flamenco music to Brady Street this weekend. Come and listen to the musical talents he acquired during his studies in Spain.

7. Brady Street Babes Drag Show

10 p.m. | MILWAUKEE RECORD WEST STAGE

DJ Dripsweat will drop the beats as some of Brady Street’s talented drag queens take to the stage. The beloved Brady Street Babes are fan favorites at the festival, so be sure to get your shots early.

8. De La Luz

8 p.m. | ONMILWAUKEE CENTRAL STAGE

A combination of “drama, film and music”, this group draws on their life experiences to tell stories. Their sound is described as alternative pop R&B.

9. The Abbey Bell

ALL DAY | BRADY & N. FRANKLIN PL.

Bell is an artist who creates everything from hand-painted backpacks to tattoos. The Milwaukee-based tattoo artist’s work will leave an impression — and perhaps a permanent work of art, if you’re feeling spontaneous — on you.

10. Caramels with cream

ALL DAY | BRADY & N. FRANKLIN PL.

If you have a sweet tooth, be sure to visit this stall. This alliterative confection maker has caramel flavors like pecan praline, salted vanilla, lime pie, pumpkin beers and more.

11. Pedro’s South American Cuisine

ALL DAY | BRADY & N. MARSHALL ST.

When a restaurant’s Twitter account is @emapanadasMKE, you know for sure that they make great empanadas, a power they take very seriously. Pedro’s, specializing in South American cuisine, also serves arepas, tacos and corn bowls.
